The process starts with you letting us know what type of items you are looking for and details about your special event. Our inquiry form is a great place to start as it allows you to provide us with all the basic information up front. From there, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss design ideas.
STEP 2: Proof and quote
Next, we will send you an online proof of your design and a price quote. We will work with you to revise your selections to fit your taste and budget.
STEP 3: DEPOSIT AND PERFECTING YOUR DESIGN
Once you are happy with the overall style and layout of your design, we will ask for a 50% deposit to move forward. We will then revise your proof based on your feedback to tweak any remaining aspects of your design until it is exactly what you envision.
STEP 4: PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Once you give us your final approval on your designs, we will begin producing your items and ask for the remainder of your balance. We will then ship out your items as soon as they are ready.
